What is a Leveraged Commercial Operation (LCO)?

An LCO is a financial/business model that allows for financing of a third-party commercial team, without the acquisition or divestiture of an owned asset or product line. The resulting revenue generated is split between the commercial team, the financier, and the original asset owner.
